It is compatible with Zimmer BioHorizons Implant Direct Legacy Internal Hex 3. 5, 4. 5, and 5. 7; and BioHorizons External Hex 3. 7. It can be used to move the screw access hole up to 25 degrees. All of our screws are stress tested to 150% of the nominal torque value and can also be used as lab screws.
